Paper Rex flip the script on EDG in the London Upper Final

EDG had the first map. Paper Rex took the next two.
The Upper Final at Valorant Masters London 2026 belongs to Paper Rex, who came back from a map down to beat EDward Gaming 2-1 and book the better seat in the bracket.
A one-map hole, then the climb
EDG drew first blood and put Paper Rex on the back foot. One map down in a series of this size is no small thing against a team this composed. Paper Rex did not flinch.
They leveled it. Then they closed it. A 2-1 line in a final tells you the margins were thin, and EDG made them earn every round of the comeback.
SEA's flag flies in London
This is the kind of result our corner of the scene shows up for. Paper Rex carrying the SEA banner into an Upper Final at an event this size, and walking out on top, is exactly the stage they were built for.
EDG drop to the lower bracket, still alive but with the harder road now in front of them. Paper Rex move on with the advantage in hand. On this evidence, that advantage looks well placed.
