Xi Lai Gaming bury G2 in the upper quarters

Xi Lai Gaming took the map that mattered. G2 Esports led this series at one point. They do not lead it anymore.

A 2-1 that swung

The upper quarterfinals at Valorant Masters London 2026 went the distance, and Xi Lai Gaming came out the other side 2-1. G2 grabbed a map. That was as far as the lead went. Xi Lai answered, then closed, and the chance to go through the front door slipped out of G2's hands.

Three maps is the long road in a best of three. Xi Lai walked it and did not blink.

What it costs G2

Win here and the upper bracket stays open. Lose, and the path gets longer and meaner. G2 now drop into the lower bracket at London, where the margin for error is gone. One slip ends it from here.

Xi Lai move on with the result and the rhythm. G2 have to rebuild theirs in a hurry.
