Masters London 2026: the playoff bracket, weighed
Skirmix Staff · June 12, 2026
The Swiss stage at Masters London 2026 has done its sorting, and the playoff bracket is set. Four upper quarterfinals, each with its own tension line.
Paper Rex vs LEVIATÁN
The Pacific Stage 1 champions enter with the most battle-tested form at the event, fresh off a lower-bracket title run we covered in detail here. LEVIATÁN are the Americas' most structured team, and that's exactly the style PRX historically loves to dismantle and occasionally loses to badly. The clash of tempos is the story: if LEV can slow the game to their pace, the upset is live.
Team Heretics vs Team Vitality
An all-EMEA quarterfinal, which guarantees one of Europe's two best runs ends early. These teams know each other's tendencies inside out from regional play, so expect a veto battle as interesting as the server play. Vitality took a 2 to 1 over FUT Esports in the Swiss stage; Heretics arrived through cleaner, quieter wins.
EDward Gaming vs FUT Esports
China's standard-bearers against the Turkish overachievers. FUT's Swiss run included a 2 to 1 win over NRG, and their roster keeps producing playoff appearances on a fraction of the budget of the teams around them. EDG remain the most mechanically explosive team in the field on their day. The question, as always with EDG, is which day shows up.
G2 Esports vs Xi Lai Gaming
Xi Lai earned this spot the hard way, taking down Global Esports 2 to 1 in the deciding Swiss round. G2 are the Americas' most consistent international performer of the past two seasons. On paper this is the clearest favorite of the four series; on paper is where Chinese teams have been quietly outperforming expectations all year.
